The 2009 Davey O’Brien National Quarterback Award watch list has been released. It features 33 of the nation’s top quarterbacks.
The O’Brien honors the nation’s best college quarterback and is the oldest and most prestigious quarterback award. Candidates are evaluated on their quarterback skills/athletic ability, academics, team spirit, character, leadership and sportsmanship.
