Iowa’s RB Adam Robinson was just charged with marijuana possession confirming a court date on January 5th and placing his Hawkeyes career in limbo. Monday night, Robinson was a passenger in a vehicle that was cruising around Des Moines that was pulled over at about 10:45 p.m. on East 4th Street for failing to have a front license plate. The Gophers catch a bad break

It looks like Minnesota’s secondary suffered a bad break this week. Junior safety Kim Royston broke his left leg during Tuesday’s practice when the team was running 7-on-7 drills. Doctors confirmed that he sustained a compound fracture in his lower leg. Royston will undergo a second round of surgery on Thursday which will sideline him indefinitely.
