OSU recruit Chris Carter, Jr. (#71) has some big issues to explain
Chris Carter Jr., a 6’4 325 pound lineman intended on fulfilling his dream of playing football for the Ohio State Buckeyes, but his playing days took a turn for the worst after he was arrested on suspicion of fondling at least eight minor females. The Buckeye bound lineman from Cleveland’s JFK High School spent Tuesday night behind bars for sexual imposition after a 15-year-old female student reported to police officers that Carter tried to fondle her.
Carter’s plan was quite simple. During school hours, he would tell his unsuspecting victims that he needed to measure them (under-age teenage female students) for ROTC uniforms. He would have each victim take off her clothes and he would inappropriately touch each girl to log their measurements. The log book, which depicted the measurements of several entries of JFK female students, was confiscated by authorities.
Carter’s measurement ruse was exposed after a 15-year-old victim refused to comply with Carter’s demands and ultimately reported him to the proper authorities. As facts are surfacing, it has been reported that at least one girl took off all her clothes for Carter’s amusement.
Ohio State was informed of this incident and will comment later today.
