Erin Andrews (pictured above) was not the only victim on Michael Barrett's peepshow list.

If you don’t recall the name Michael Barrett, his name became infamous after his arrest and sentence for stalking famed sportscaster Erin Andrews and posting nude photos of her on the web. Apparently, the unscrupulous Barrett has a history of stalking unsuspecting women and is facing more legal action. Earlier this week, a civil suit was filed against Barrett for inter alia stalking and posting nude photos of a woman he supervised while at the Combined Insurance Company of America.

Barrett, an insurance manager who supervised the victim, would travel with her to training conferences and videotape the woman through peepholes of hotel rooms. The victim first became suspicious of wrongdoing when she noticed that back in 2007 she was booked in hotel rooms without any other company roommates (against policy) and separate and a part from everyone else but conveniently next to Barrett. She didn’t think anything of it until the FBI contacted her during their investigation of Barrett’s involvement with Erin Andrews. After doing a proper sweep of Barrett’s video collection there was belief that one of the individuals was an employee of Combined. After the FBI made a match, they confirmed the videos with the victim who was in absolute shock turning sick and violently ill after watching the videos.

The federal complaint alleges that the victim could not continue to work at Combined and charged Barrett, Combined, and AON Insurance Management Services with sexual harassment, negligence, constructive discharge, outrageous conduct and invasion of privacy. The victim also alleges the videos were recorded with Combined equipment and were sold to a European based site which posted the videos throughout the web. The complaint seeks monetary damages over $75,000.00 for both actual and punitive damages against the defendants.

Barrett, who could not be reached for comment, is currently serving a 2 ½ year sentence for the Erin Andrews incident. The complaint was filed on November 12, 2010 in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern Section of Tennessee at Knoxville (3:10-cv-477).
