The Midshipmen will meet President Barack Obama today at 4:00 p.m. for the annual presentation of the 2009 Commander-in-Chief’s Trophy. Last season, the Midshipmen defeated Air Force (16-13) and Army (17-3) to clinch their 7th consecutive trophy. As of late, Navy has dominated the service academies winning 15 consecutive games dating back to 2002. The Midshipmen completed the 2009 season with a 35-13 win over Missouri in the Texas Bowl.
