Prior to Penn State and Houston facing off in the TicketCity Bowl, protesters showed their disgust with Penn State and the child sex abuse scandal that rocked the college football nation earlier this season. Protesters quietly held up signs such as “Penn Rape” and “Pope JoePa”. Some signs were explicit and a bit distasteful, but you be the judge (watch video HERE).
