It looks like Jamar Hornsby was indicted on felony aggravated assault charges in Mississippi this past Friday. Hornsby is no stranger to the law as he faced criminal charges for the Florida credit card incident reported earlier. As a result of that incident, Hornsby was kicked off the Gators squad. The AP is reporting that Ole Miss signee Jamar Hornsby is expected to appear in court this Friday where he will be indicted on felony aggravated assault and petit larceny charges. Hornsby was arrested in March of this year for beating up a man after a minor car accident. Hornsby beat the victim with brass knuckles, sending him to the hospital for required treatment. The SEC is the strongest conference overall winning the last three national championship games with a combined score of 103-52. For those not aware, the SEC is broken up into two divisions, the East and the West. At the end of the regular season, the division champs play in the conference championship game and the winner gets an automatic BCS bid to represent the SEC and it looks like Florida is on the way again.
