The picture is looking brighter for Wake Forest football, and I’m not talking about the Demon Deacons’ 3-1 record and 2-0 record in conference play. When the old gold and black host ACC powerhouse Florida State this Saturday at 12:30, fans will be in for a treat as Groves Stadium will feature its newly minted 6,500 square foot video board atop Deacon Hill.

The 22 ton, 1,512,000 pixel screen will be operational for the first time in what will be a conference showdown between a team that has been out of the spotlight for several years pitted against an FSU squad that is failing to meet pre-season expectations.
